If you are not satisfied with any McCulloch Steam product upon delivery, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so that we can make things right. We are committed to keeping you happy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may return it for a full refund. Simply send the items back to us and when we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’re not satisfied with your McCulloch Steam product, let us know. We’ll make it right. We proudly stand behind our products with a 2 Year Warranty to the original owner against material and workmanship defects, from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, McCulloch Steam will replace the product at no cost.
1. Contact Us
To initiate a warranty return, simply contact us via phone, chat or email and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Prepare Shipment
After a RA is issued, you will receive a FedEx prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and affix to the return shipment.
3. Ship Package
When your package is ready to ship, simply drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pick via FedEx.com.
